Preamble 前言
The Skilled Worker programs are meant to help Canadian employers secure skilled workers overseas. Not all are relevant and some items are specific to either the ER or PA. 技术工人计划旨在帮助加拿大雇主在海外获得技术工人。 并非所有内容都相关,并且某些项目特定于ER或PA。

Eligibility 符合条件
If the PA qualifies for both BCPNP and EE, the PA can apply to both. 如果PA符合BCPNP和EE的资格,则PA可以同时适用于BCPNP和EE。
BCPNP Eligibility - PA BC PNP资格-PA

BCPNP Eligibility - ER BCPNP资格-ER

EE & BCPNP
The PA must qualify for FSW, FST, or CEC before applying for EE. EE can then be combined with BCPNP, which more or less guarantees selection. 在申请EE之前,PA必须具有FSW,FST或CEC的资格。 EE然后可以与BCPNP结合使用,这或多或少地保证了选择。A full in-depth analysis would be with a RCIC, but the PA can try themselves with the EE CRS Calculator. FSW
PA needs to score total of 67 points on the below factors PA需要在以下因素上总计得分67分

- CLB 7 in all language categories: speaking, reading, writing, and listening

FST
PA Eligibility Requirements PA资格要求- plan to live outside the province of Quebec 计划住在魁北克省以外
- meet the required levels in English or French for each language ability, i.e. CLB 5 or NCLC 5 for speaking, CLB 4 or NCLC 4 for reading, CLB 5 or NCLC 5 for writing, and CLB 5 or NCLC 5 for listening 达到每种语言能力所要求的英语或法语水平,即说能力达到CLB 5或NCLC 5,阅读能力达到CLB 4或NCLC 4,写作能力达到CLB 5或NCLC 5以及听力能力达到CLB 5或NCLC 5

Preparation 预备

- ensure clarity and legibility 确保清晰易读

Work Permits 工签
Depending on circumstance, the PA may be eligible for one or more LMIA-exempt work permits. The RCIC can help with deciding the next course of action. In most instances, the ER will register an account on the ERP. 根据情况,PA可能有资格获得一份或多份LMIA豁免工作许可证。 RCIC可以帮助决定下一步行动。 在大多数情况下,ER将在ERP上注册一个帐户。
